Main Features
● Temperature resistance from -60℃ to 80℃.
● Excellent aging resistance.
The performance decline rate is less than 10% after one week of
aging in the artificial accelerated aging box, and the performance
decline is less than 10% for 100 hours of ozone aging (38°C).
● Excellent electrical properties
Its dielectric constant is 1.3*10-4 at one kilohertz, 2.3*10-4 at
one megahertz; volume resistance is 9*1016Ω/cm in one minute;
2*1017Ω/cm in two minutes .
● Good solubility, blending performance and excellent oil-extending
properties.
It can be dissolved in many common solvents. Its solubility
parameter is between 7.2~9.6. It can be blended with a variety of
polymers and can be used in rubber industry.
● Elastomers that can be used without vulcanization.
The processing performance is similar to SBS. The scrap can be
reused. It meets environmental protection requirements, is
non-toxic, and meets FDA requirements.
● The specific gravity is lighter, about 0.91.
● SEBS has good UV stability, oxidation resistance and thermal
stability, so it can also be used in asphalt for roofs and road
construction.
